Warm, Well and Wise event - a fantastic response

Over 65 people attended Ollerton's 'Warm, Well and Wise' event on 13 February. Aimed at local people aged over 55, the day included a play by the Royal Theatre, Nottingham, healthy cookery and exercise demonstrations and presentations from the Fire Service and Police. There were many stalls and displays from organisations such as Age Concern, the Forestry Commission, the Disability Living Centre, Care and Comfort and Activity Friend. A free lunch, refreshments and raffle were also provided. ODEF staff organised the event and it was funded by Nottinghamshire County Council and the Sherwood Forest Primary Care Trust.
