Core Group ODEF is governed by a Core Group of nine local people drawn from the ODEF membership, who all contribute their time voluntarily. Eight are elected at the Annual General Meeting, and one person is nominated to represent the District Council each year. The members represent a cross-section of the community and contribute their specialist knowledge to the organisation. This year the members who comprise the Core Group are:

Staff ODEF employs seven paid staff, some on a part-time basis. David Heathcote is the Development Manager. Their principal areas of responsibility are:
